Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays)
  • Order Verification: We verify all orders before dispatch. Our team may contact you via phone or email if any clarification is needed regarding your order.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PKT) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping throughout Pakistan to the following areas:

  • Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and others)
  • Remote areas (delivery times may vary)

Delivery Methods and Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery (Major Cities): 2-4 business days
  • Standard Delivery (Other Cities): 3-5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5-7 business days
  • Express Delivery (Major Cities): 1-2 business days (subject to availability)

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, package weight, and delivery method
  • Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above PKR 5,000 within major cities (terms and conditions apply)

Courier Partners

We work with reliable courier services including TCS, Leopards, M&P, Postex to ensure safe and timely delivery of your fabrics.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email with your tracking number
  • You can track your shipment using the tracking number on the courier company's website
  • For tracking assistance, please contact our customer service team

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, including:
    • Full recipient name
    • Complete street address with house/building number
    • Area/locality name
    • City and postal code
    • Contact phone number
  • Ghauri Fabrics is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes can only be made before order dispatch. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your address.

Delivery Confirmation

  • A signature or confirmation may be required upon delivery
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or you may need to collect the package from the nearest courier office
  • Unclaimed packages will be returned to us, and return shipping charges may apply for reshipment

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Delayed Shipments: If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier service to locate your package.
  • Lost Packages: In the rare event that a package is lost during transit, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the courier service and work toward a resolution.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Public holidays and strikes
  • Courier service delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Security restrictions in certain areas
  • Force majeure events

Ghauri Fabrics is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. However, we will do our best to keep you informed and assist in resolving any delivery issues.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for orders within Pakistan
  • Please have the exact amount ready for the courier at the time of delivery
  • COD orders are subject to verification and may take slightly longer to process

Refusal of Delivery

  • If you refuse delivery without valid reason, return shipping charges will be deducted from any refund
  • Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for more information
