We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. This means you have 30 days after receiving your fabric to request a return or exchange if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your fabric must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and Uncut: The fabric must be in its original condition, uncut, unwashed, and unused
- Original Packaging: The fabric must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt, invoice, or order confirmation
- No Alterations: Fabric that has been altered, stitched, dyed, or modified in any way is not eligible for return
- No Damage: The fabric must not show any signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage

Return Process
Once your return request is approved:
- We will provide you with return instructions and our return address
- Pack the fabric securely in its original packaging
- Send the package to our address in Lahore, Pakistan
- Share the courier tracking details with us
Important: Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong Item: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Ghauri Fabrics will cover the return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: If you are returning fabric due to personal preference or change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your fabric immediately upon delivery. If you receive:
- A defective or damaged fabric
- The wrong fabric or color
- An incomplete order
Contact us immediately (within 24-48 hours of delivery) with:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order details
- Description of the problem
We will evaluate the issue and provide a prompt resolution, including replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fabric that has been cut, stitched, or altered in any way
- Fabric that has been washed or used
- Custom-ordered or special-request fabrics
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Fabrics purchased during promotional offers (terms apply)
- Items without original packaging, tags, or labels
- Fabrics showing signs of wear, stains, or damage caused by customer
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for:
- Different color of the same fabric (subject to availability)
- Different fabric of equal or greater value
- Size/length adjustments (if the fabric is uncut)
Exchange Process:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Once approved, return the original fabric
- We will process the exchange upon receiving and inspecting the returned item
- If the replacement fabric has a higher price, you will need to pay the difference
- If the replacement is of lower value, we will refund the difference
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned fabric:
- We will notify you via email or phone about the approval status
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Bank Transfer/Online Payment: Refund to your original account
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Bank transfer to your provided account details
Refund Processing Time:
- Our processing: 7-10 business days after receiving the return
- Bank processing: Additional 3-5 business days (varies by bank)

Color Variation Disclaimer
Please note that fabric colors may appear slightly different on different screens and devices. Minor color variations between the website images and actual fabric are not considered defects and may not be eligible for return. We recommend contacting us before ordering if you have specific color requirements.
Partial Returns
If you ordered multiple fabrics and wish to return only some items, the same return conditions apply to each individual fabric.
Quality Guarantee
While we thoroughly inspect all fabrics before dispatch, if you discover any manufacturing defect or quality issue:

- We will arrange for immediate replacement or full refund
- No questions asked for genuine quality issues
